For over 19 years, Rita has been advising small business in government contracting, certifications, operations and management. Rita still enjoys advising businesses on government contracting and offering insight for success in their endeavors.

Ms. Shelton continues to be and advocate for Economic Development through Entrepreneurial Education and Business Development. Also, she promotes Business and Community Initiatives. She has been assigned to the West Region that extends from Downtown Chicago West to Naperville, IL. Ms. Shelton is making footprints in areas that have been considered to be undeserved. She has a commitment to making sure that the U.S. Small Business Administration is Accessible to the Small Business Concern.
